lol...at least it gives you something to do when the prof gets boring.

but it's true. I had my camera, but I wanted to upload them to my computer so I could look at them easier. today is mostly a day of research and sketching to start our next project. I work fast. I'm already drawing on my paper, but I need to wait till tomorrow to start painting because the prof will teach me how to stretch watercolor paper.

what makes you think he's in the room? he rarely comes to the upstairs studio. he teaches two different painting classes in two different studios.

So it's more like a lab than a boring lecture...

I think part of it is that the picture is slightly skewed, but you might be right. I wanted that one hand to reach down to the skeletal snake's head though.

That would be even longer then, right?
I guess the snake has to reach his head up to her!

I think I'll leave it so they don't touch, but any further away and you'd miss the feeling of the adoration or servitude of that snake.

what? does it really look like a happy friendly picture with a cute little pixie fairy drinking tea on a buttercup? yeah...no. the figurine that's drawn from is a dark fairy and the snake on the left is a picture of a skeleton.

They wanted lots of COLOR! Cuz color movies were rather new then...

yeah, they were color happy, so excited to experiment with it. ruby was much more obvious in the bright OZ.
