It was something she made us due and kinda came up with it on the spot. No time...just due today...and the class doesn't meet on fridays. It's the paper I have been talking about on Charles Burchfield.

He's my broad topic. The narrowist I have gotten for my paper is his nature themed work later in life...but I still don't know what my thesis is. We get to choose our own topics.

you said you like his work right? then you just start with why you like it. what you think he's doing with these paintings.

But I don't know? I swear my teacher wants me to go into the psychology of his mental state with those paintings...but I don't want to have to do a psychoanalysis!
