anything you want? stuff like chex and m&ms, pretzles, nuts, raisins. whatever you like basically.

Just different chex (wheat is my favorite), stick pretzel, and peanuts.

It has lots of different spices and peppers in it.

I dunno. I like most of my food plain and without sauces and things.

I find that the older I get, the more spicy I tend to like my food.

I've heard it's because your taste buds wear out or something, so you need things spicier to be able to taste them!

I thought it went the other way. my parents can't eat spicy so much any more because it upsets their stomachs!

Yup. I have Gerd, so I take a double dose of prilosec each day.
Works great for me!
