I am sleepy...I took some melatonin...and think that is settling in on me...which is a good thing...sleep...

Get some melatonin? You can get it cheap at walmart. I have the 5mg one...and melatonin is something your body naturally makes itself.

It's something your body naturally produces to allow you to sleep. however some people's bodies don't produce enough of it or something inhibits them to do so.

I really don't mind not sleeping when I want to. I'm too stubborn to do anything about it especially during the summer when I don't have to.
