How do you watch the UK version?

I saw the beginning g this week, but I was a bit confused. I felt like I still missed a minute of it.

It's on bbc America. There are probably places online to watch it. You can usually find the latest DVD of it at target.

I don't like to buy DVD's...

I had bought all the x-files ones, and then never watched them!

They start like you missed something but it is easy to figure it out.

I watch my tv on DVD. Do you get bbc America?

I watch everything online if I can't catch it on tv.

I never saw it....I could never even tell what it was even supposed to be about.

I want Vikings on DVD. I LOVED that show on the history channel! I can't wait till season two!

We do get BBC America. So it would be the same?

Well...technically...it has already aired in the uk...top gear airs a few weeks here after it airs there.

BBC America doesn't even show the entire version of Dr. Who specials.

I have the David Tennant Twitter, and they were talking about that.

Yeah, usually UK shows air in the US at least a few weeks behind the original UK air date.
Then there's shows like Downton Abbey and Dr Who. Downton airs usually in the fall, in the UK, but in the US it's not until January. Dr Who.. I can't ever seem to sort out the viewing schedule, and there's no longer any point of trying to anymore.

Doctor who airs "same day" as in the uk. It's just a few hours later do to time zones.

Yes, but the BBC America Christmas specials I've recorded are only about 45 minutes long. The actual shows are 1 hour long...without commercials.

Do you record the actual first airing? The first time they play they are longer. Or at least they usually are. Same is said for top gear.

I just finished mowing my moms yard and then showering. I was tired when woke up, but I've been awake long enough that I'm not anymore.

I already took a shower earlier. Now I am cleaning.

What kind of cleaning? Picking up stuff or vacuuming or dish washing type stuff?

Picking up stuff...organizing...that kinds of stuff...
