for a fanfic I'm writing. Gilbert is panic attacking and German is his native language so I figure he'll panic partly in german.

ah...I could. I think I'll just leave it be. I have enough translations to put in my notes at the end as it is.

ha? I thought that was easy. Just throwing in a little here and there to make it sound like a language. The trouble is when you go Tolkien and reeaaally make up a language.

Is that what Tolkein did?

I know that in the Star Trek universe, Klingon has become a "real" language.

Klingon and the elfen language are both fully speakable.
