My parents did this with my older brother who had an apartment in San Anton without any job. They paid everything and kept track of the cost and he will have to pay it back now that he has a job.

If your brother is in San Antonio, maybe you can go stay with him for awhile and look around there.

Well, they did that because my bro wasn't living at home. They had to play for a whole nother place for him.
And I would never live with my brother! Really, why would that be better than living with my parents. I don't like Houston at all. Hate this city, but it's convenient to live at home.

I often wonder about where I'd live if I could live anywhere I wanted to.

We basically had that option when we both retired, but we just stayed right here.
Guess anything else seemed like just too much effort.

I can see how laziness would end that way. I always say I'd go anywhere else, but I end up here anyway.

There was a snowy fir tree that I tried to put in there, and I liked it, but it was just too huge.

I was really really excited!

There was a tiny tree in one of the winter EI's a few years back...but it has decorations on it, and there's no snow on it, so it looked kinda strange in there, Kat.
