The weather app says it's 52 right now. It's always the same temp these days.

Cold, cold, cold today!
But it really is nice to be without company for a change.

Tomorrow we're going to start driving around and looking for what we need for the updating of the LR and DR.

Like...what color paint, chandeliers, flooring, etc.

OOOoooh painting! I'm ready to get new ceiling fans for the living room and take the ones down to the basement. I forget what else hubby wants to do.

Same here. I'm so tired of having to explain where I'm going, why, who with, and how long I'll be out.

I don't go anywhere, but it just means I spend so much more time being whined at.

It's kind of awkward when I don't want to tell them yet that I'm dating someone new, or when I want to go out at a late hour.

I'm sure it is. My parent's don't really care though. My younger brother comes and goes a lot at late hours and he's only 20. Sue he's usually going out at 2am to get fast food...

Wow...I guess it's been a few days since I've been online!

I found the flooring that I'd like. Now I just have to convince hubby of it.
He doesn't like it.

Dang.

I'm never asked what I am doing. Sometimes I am asked...just because my mom is curious if I am gone for a very long period of time.

My grandmother on the other hand...who I don't live with. But will go shopping with. She has to know every single detail and can't stand I don't tell my mom and my mom doesn't ask me or tell me what she or I does every waking moment. -_-

Why would your grandma care so much if you don't even live with her?!

I don't know.
She also has to know all about my mom's boyfriend as well. And I tell her it isn't any of her business to know that information (she's my dad's mom). And if I tell her that, she starts "crying" and saying I am not the nice girl I used to be and that I will regret not telling her. :/

Hmm...Do I feel like washing my bed sheets?

She is nosy.

lol. I should wash mine though...although I like to vacuum when I wash my sheets...but the beater bar in the vacuum needs to be cleaned before I can vacuum...then probably cleaned again after I vacuum because my shedding hair and the hair that comes out when I brush my hair...will kill the vacuum...but I guess that's what I get for having hip-length hair.

I can't imagine upkeeping long hair. Mine is above my shoulders and sheds enough. But hey, you could also have animals shedding in your room and making it so much worse.

Four cats should increase the hairball situation considerably....

Long hair is worth it when you're growing to donate.
Though.. I'm thinking I may not grow it after this last time.. It's becoming a bit of a hassle

It's only worth it for that reason? That doesn't seem like a good enough reason to me because the upkeep of long hair gets expotentially more difficult with length.

I've only donated my hair once...and I hated my hair for a while because it was at that right length where it was still too pouffy. My hair HAS to be a few inches longer than hair length if I don't want to put hair product in it to tame it.

Long hair is difficult. But I love my hair. It also keeps me warm...or too warm... XD My hair is also thick. XD

I donated my hair once before too. I cut my own now and fairly often. It only works when it's short or it's very very fluffy. I find this much warmer because it's always on my neck. I never tie it back.

I tie my hair back to keep it out of my way. And I like to pull it back and off my neck when at work. Otherwise I will get way to hot.

I can't cut my own hair.
I need to get a haircut...I actually wanted to do something different...but when the place I go to can't even cut off an even 6 inches evenly...well...this is why my hair hasn't been cut in over 2 years...probably going on 3 years by now.

Don't you have split ends?! I cut my hair about every four months or whenever it starts to get annoying. It's so curly that it hardly matters if it's even.
