I'm overdue for a trim because my hair doesn't seem to be growing at all right now. Normally I get the dead ends trimmed once every two or three months. I think the last time was in March.

March is almost a year ago at this point...

Ugh my heart hurts. ate too much salt at motherinlaws.

I thought you were trying to cut back on salt.

I will find the occasional split end. But I don't get them all that much.
That's why I started going once a year and saying cut off 6 inches anymore because when I said cut off the dead ends and went once a year, they always cut off just a quarter of an inch of hair. :/ I refuse to pay $20 for that much cut off and they didn't even wash it.
Most people don't like messing with my hair. I've only had 2 good people who did my hair. The first person was the person who had her own business. The rest of the time, it was just one person from the salon in walmart who I only ever had once.

I don't feel it's worth going to get my hair cut because I do want just a trim. I've tried layers before, but my hair is fine without it now that I keep it even shorter.

I've never had good layers. Although apparently I found out within the past few months to tell the person I want LONG layers instead of just layers. My hair is too thick for regular layers and I end up having to use hair products to tame it.

Yeah, I needed long layers too because if its short AND thin, it's just frizz.

My hair is frizzy too!

Oh...and one reason why my hair tends to be healthy is because I don't use hair products and I don't blow dry my hair.
I still use shampoo and conditioner. But that's it...well...2-in-1 or shampoo and conditioner. XD

Yeah, I doing use hair products or heat either. I've found the right shampoo and conditioner and that seems to be enough.

I either use pert + for dry scalp (if I don't, my head itches like crazy) or herbal essences.

I use a mix of suave naturals and pantene for curly hair.

I've never cared for suave...but I can use it if there is nothing else...or I need something really cheap.

Nobody seems to like suave much, but I like this naturals stuff with almonds and shey butter and stuff like that.

I am, but couldn't avoid it at her house. I tried, I really did, but I shouldn't have ate the ham.

Eh about normal for her house. I even skipped out on cake and deviled eggs. :(

Oh man, but cake is fantastic!

I know, I really wanted some of the cherry cheesecake but figured i had enough. :( Hopefully I can lose a lot of weight so i won't have to worry about it anymore, that is if it helps my BP to go down.

I haven't tried the naturals. So I don't really know much about that type of suave.
