answering to chunsa chan I will say that of course I have no hard feelings for this site nor for the staff i know how I am, I mean I know I can be silly and dont remember things I am supposed to do like quoting so now I am being more careful, it is not their fault, it is all mine but since I have this new chance, I will do my best to watch out for mistakes before they happen =)
I think though that they could have a better system and in some cases an appealing wouldnt hurt when it is a memmber like me that has been here since 2007 and they know my behaviour has been good and so my husband has made a thread for that idea to be shared, I know it is hard but that is what I think but yeah of course no hard feelings no =)

I think that the quoting thing is a little over the top. I got slapped with an infraction for not quoting when i was just helping out mods & people in the newbies referral thread. It really upset me, since all i was doing was trying to help, i never got a warning i just got slapped with this "infraction" - which means if you get enough of them you can end up with a permanent infraction or be banned.

Now getting infractions for scamming & causing disruption throughout the forums i agree too, but not quoting? I don't see that as a big deal at all. It's easy to tell someone to go back and quote their post, instead of pretty much punishing them on the spot & making them feel like a jackass when they are really good people and especially since that was my first offense!

I think what upset me the most is, i was trying to be a good Menewshan Citizen, helping out others and what not. So i slipped up once, on something i could have corrected immediately had i been told - but there's no leanace at all. So i feel the thread is a good idea, and i really do hope that some of the staff will listen to the concerns. Because i really understand where your coming from. I was honestly distraught and upset over that little thing. It might not seem as much to them, but when you know you've been hard done by there's nothing that can take away that feeling.

Wow Trinity, I had no idea you were banned, and am really glad you came back. I don't know the details, but from what you've said, it sounds like they jumped the gun on you--there should be a means of warnings and visible counts w/explanations before banning someone (unless it's a blatantly ban-able offense).

I dont really want to make a big fuss of my banned account
1) because I have been an admin and mod and I know sometimes it is very very hard to make a desition like this with someone who is recognized and loved around the place, but on the other side has done some pretty stupid infractions like not quoting, but I will say what I have just said again, I think that ...the time you have been in the place being a nice person and trying to help HAS to count somehow...and the kind of infraction too....(I think they gave me another chance to make a second account because they know me and I'm no harm and some other people have gotten IP ban so they cannot come back ..) but still I think ...it is a bit too much...but its ok....I'm here because I like the place , because this place was an important part of my life and I met lots of people and because I want to tell everyone that coming back does not depend on the items but on the will you have to be strong, to learn from mistakes and to dont give up.
Also friends are very important and it is here when you see who is who....and who cares about you and who doesnt.
I dont need to ask for items, when something like this happened to many friends of mine, I never let them ask for anything, I just gave them nice things to make them feel comfortable and welcomed specially when they had lost everything, but hey dont misunderstand me, It is not like I'm telling you what to do it is what I would have done.
I am rebuilding little by little thanks to the good people, some I knew, some I have never known, and trying to enjoy as much as I can
