No, no, see the thing is that they asked me what I was offering, we came to an agreement, I asked if it was alright, she said 'yes, send the trade when you get the gold'. Therefore I assume thats a SALE. I said it would take me a night to make the gold, the next morning i get a PM asking if i'd like to up my offer. Now, I should be the one to blacklist her for trying to make me change my offer when she'd already agreed to sell me the item at that price. It's like going someone, haggling with a store owner, the store owner going 'Yep, i'll take that price" and as your about to hand them the money someone else goes "Oh, hey, how about 10k?" and the store owner is like "Would you live to beat their offer?". At the point in which both people agree on the price of a product it's turned into a SALE, which makes it legally binding.
No people generally don't which is why I tell them when they do something i'm not happy with, I don't like being treated that way in the exchange. I deal there alot and i've never done that to someone, in most cases I tell people just how unlikely I am to sell something so they don't get their hopes up. D; And I try, when I can to give people discounts if they manage to make offers with items I really want.

I agree with you and I understand. Its just that usually people being told would get all iffy and angry back which is why I think she ended up doing the right thing and not arguing with you. I don't deal in the exchange a lot but I spend a lot of time there chatting so I haven't seen many of these disagreements happen but then there was this person selling cheap overlords and I was the first person to post in the thread and got the reply but she didn't set up the trade O.O And then another person offers the same thing when she was online and got the trade! I was a bit upset and I posted about having my offer up first but in the end she managed to get enough to satisfy us all... So it was settled.

That happens sometimes! usually adding something along the lines off 'please send trade when online if interested in my offer' xD; Sometimes you miss posts in the exchange or if the person hasn't shown interest (again) after a few days you ignore their offer. >__>; For me the 'offer is xxxg, send trade.' I just find it a bit rude. D; Unless I have ABs, they should expect me to haggle or change it to 'My offer is xxxg, please send trade if interested', and I would appreciated if they came back to re-check the thread, since I normally haggle, since I tend to get the same people coming back going 'did you not see my offer, xxxg, send trade plz', It's not like it's going to work the second time with the SAME offer.

I take care of my friends reptiles all the time. From geckos to snakes, she has a small zoo in her room of a total... let's see.. snake, 5 geckos, 20+ blue tongued skinks. Those are the ones I know about at least, sometimes she adds on more and fails to tell me (or her mother for that matter.. 14 of those skinks her mother doesn't know about) She'd hidden one at my place for a matter of a year almost.

I love reptiles though.. my mom only lets me babysit. She won't let me get any of my own. :(

Feeding the snake wasn't so bad though, my friend feeds her dead mice so it's not as if I watch the snake kill the mice.. (though I'd enjoy it anyhow, I understand the natural order of those things) It was funny because when I was taking care of her she was fed baby mice, and was still considered a baby herself (even at four feet long) so she only ate three. From three it goes to adult mice. But in the time I took care of the snake it got hungrier earlier and bit my bro because he was bothering her and moving. I didn't think much of it because he's my bro if an animal of mine (or hers) bites him there's generally a reason due to him. But then she tried to bite me when hiding in my shirt. So speaking with my friend I had to move her up to four mice and the snake had looked at me as what is this extra one for? -eat- xD

Yeap, you could have definitely have blacklisted her. I would be in an angry fit too if I was in your situation seeing as i wanted the item so badly and nearly got it! There are lots of rude conduct sometimes in exchange threads. Well, I'm not sure if some people actually intend on being rude but they do come across sounding rude like your examples of how they structure their offers. There is a difference between being direct and being rude and sometimes when they say the 'My offer is XXXG, send trade' That's rude in my opinion not even giving the seller any chance of haggling >.<"

I was probably wrong for not adding the 'please send trade if interested' part so next time I would add that to my post ^^" I have already learnt something new from you!

I live in Malaysia where our currency is very well, weak? XD So when you convert the USD here its near 1k but not exactly 1k yet. So, if you ever feel like shopping, some here! I'm thinking that you can buy a dress for like 6-7USD! And its quite a pretty dress too...
