Aww no I just had a baby thats why. >.< A couple of my friends are on this HGC diet one lost 7 pounds in one week I was like what! O.o

The HGC is expensive and I am not a fan of it. Want to learn and teach myself how to eat correctly, not diet. You can't do the HGC thing forever.

Or you could do Sensa... the utter humiliation from the commercial would cause rapid weight loss :D

>.< I just wouldn't be able to bring myself to do it. And I full on know that there isn't a cure all for weight loss in a bottle, or surgery, it comes down to habit and behavior. Those are the things that need to be changed. Too bad we as a society want immediate results.

lol I was kidding and doing a real goofy dance as I typed it >.< I know it takes hard work I have lost what I have by changing my diet drasticlt to be more healthy what with my blood sugar and all.

It does take a lifestyle change, but it also takes patience. Losing weight can be very bad for you if it's lost too fast.

Actually, I read a study that was done that said it all depends on the person and their body.
I know it takes time to lose the weight. Took me time to put it on. Sometimes patience is not my thing.

That's true, everyone's ideal weight is different...

I've found that videogames and pixeling are my main comforts.
