Well I do feel a bit better this morning. That's a problem i'm having too though is that now that I've been diagnosed as depressed and got out of classes because of it I'm worried everytime I manage to laugh at a joke or not feel terrible that I'm not doing what a depressed person is supposed to and I'll get found out.
Maybe I'm depressed and paranoid ;: (
oh well! :)

Too much hand sanitizer lowers the effectiveness of your immune system, not too sure why but it's a widely documented thingie. Same thing with antibacterial bath soaps i have friends who won't use them at all.
Mmmm jeany how can you wait!? jer bought a black forest cake a few days ago when we did our dinner

I've noticed lately that a lot of things that say reduced sugar also say in fine print "sweetened with surcalose".
I saw a medical documentary on tv where a doctor said that they did experiments with mice where one group had water to drink, the second had water sweetened with sugar and the third water with artificial sweetener. After a week or so they put a big sweet piece of chocolate cake into the cage with each group. the water mice didn't touch theirs, the sugar mice ate their piece and weren't interested in a second and the artificial sweetner mice devoured two pieces and seemed eager to go after a third.
And the scientists concluded from that and other tests that humans have a natural dislike of anything too sweet just like they do to things that are too bitter or spicy but once we're used to the sweetness we crave it. For some reason the artificial sweetners give you the idea of sugar without actually giving you what your body is looking for from the sweetness and so artificial sweetners just make you hungrier for real sugary foods. So it's better to just drink normal pop over diet because you'll end up drinking less of it.
Also aspartame has a yuck after taste.
I've also heard lots of food network chefs saying that margarine is crap and that we should all be eating real unsalted butter and that if it bothers us so much to eat it we should be willing to go for a walk after to work it off.

Yup. I'm addicted to diet stuff too.
I try to eat more fruits though.
I don't like regular sodas. They are way too syrupy sweet for me!

My step dad drinks caffeine free coke cause of his heart, he got a pace maker at 32.
I just don't drink pop anymore, if real sugar pop is too sweet just have some juice, juice is mildly sweet and has the fruits right in there! XD
P.s. not trying to be pushy XD

I do have a rootbeer sometimes if we go through a drive thru but I get Mug rootbeer cause it's caffine free and if they don't have it I grab an orange juice or a chocolate milk. I dunno if it's the same in the u.s but here all the fast food chains carry chocolate milk. Well I don't eat at mcdonalds so i dunno about there

Well, this may be TMI, but I can't drink apple juice anymore.
It's the juice I used when I was "prepping" for my colonoscopy.
All I can think of is the aftertaste of the stuff you had to mix with it.

@ jeann
Uggy... there's a kind of orange creamsicle soda I havn't drank in a long long time cause the last time I washed a glass and the the glass was too warm for the soda and the glass make a cracking sound so we poured it into a different glass and threw the cracked one away and I drank the soda cause it was so good but couldn't help thinking that there might be tiny tiny glass particles in it so in thinking that way i gave myself a tummy ache. Then the next time I tried some of the soda like 2 months later I got a tummy ache from the taste of it. :(
@ry

I think you might pay a bit more for the fast food meal when you get water over pop but it's not free anyways cause you'd be replacing the pop cost with the water cost.
Tap water is free but where I'm living the water leaves white limestoney film on everything and it tastes not so good, so we have a big refillable container in the fridge that we refill our water bottles from and if any water bottles get old or crunched we can recycle them and get our 5 cent deposit back.
I always see american commercials for brita water filters that show someone using a water bottle while reading a book and the caption reads "20 mins with a book, forever in a landfill" and it drives me nuts because if water bottles aren't recyclable in some places in the states then someone should either make them recyclable there or remind people that they can use their plastic bottles more than one time and don't have to buy more. Why not sell filters on the platform that you can refill your spring tasting water bottles at home using the brita filter, which saves money on more bottles?
I think this depression thing is also making me quick to anger XD
