Dammit... How did you know I pocketed the money before sending him your way?

Facade 08-04-2010 06:49 PM

Because, unlike you, I have my sources.

...Wikipedia told me. :ninja:

Liztress 08-04-2010 06:58 PM

Curse that Wikipedia! *grumbles* First my memory, then my money... What's left to take?

...

Don't answer that.

Facade 08-04-2010 06:59 PM

...

...:ninja:

...

Your fabulous collection of pumps and stilettos, obviously.
-takes it-

Liztress 08-04-2010 07:06 PM

:gonk: I was wondering why you were bringing the biggest Uhaul truck they rent out... I was hoping you were giving me all those bras and panties you... collected from Briannamal's closet.

Facade 08-04-2010 07:07 PM

Pfft, why would I give you THOSE? I'm not sure even Anna wants them... And they're hers! :o
And anyway, I donated them all to the unfortunate people who don't have torsos. I figured they could make splendid use of them!

And Facade, some guy came up to me last night and asked where he could get probed at. Hope you don't mind I gave him your name. He might be a little scruffy looking but he claims that probing makes you look ten years younger.

He was the doof who couldn't zip his pants properly. Unfortunately, though, I can't find a picture that illustrates that problem. But his fly was always sticking out in the back because it wasn't zipped up all the way. :illgetu:
This doof:

"Gee willikers, do you think my good acting in Stand By Me will save me from getting a role as a doof?"
"NOPE."
"Well maybe I can save the role with my good acting?"
"NOPE. Quick, write in more gary stu bullshit! HE'LL SAVE THE ENTIRE SHIP BY HIMSELF!" "But he's like, 15." "DON'T CARE. HE'S SAVING THE SHIP BY HIMSELF." "This script is reading more like Home Alone than Star Trek. Don't we have someone in charge of quality control?" "Fired her!"

Liztress 08-04-2010 07:18 PM

Ah, ok. I never liked that guy's acting. You must be talking about the latest Star Trek movie. I never saw it. But I've seen the older ones.

Facade, I figured it was to drown me in a sea of undergarments.

ghostPastry 08-04-2010 07:21 PM

I don't think Wesley was in the latest Star Trek movie... he's from TNG. :3

Cherry Who? 08-04-2010 07:24 PM

What Anna said.

*dorky high fives*

ghostPastry 08-04-2010 07:27 PM

aherfaderfaderf. *snort, pushes glasses up*

Liztress 08-04-2010 07:29 PM

Ah... Maybe I have seen that guy in it then. I normally just watched the movies and such.

Cherry Who? 08-04-2010 11:45 PM

He wasn't in any of the movies, that I can recall. They wrote him out before then.

Liztress 08-05-2010 01:04 AM

Well, I'll just assume that I am lame enough not to have seen that series of Star Trek. I liked the Enterprise one though.

ghostPastry 08-05-2010 01:46 AM

Oh, you like the newer one? Cool. c: I think I like TNG and Voyager best... I've seen bits of every series except DS9 and of the movies, I've seen First Contact, Search for Spock and the new one. *geek* :B

Liztress 08-05-2010 02:34 AM

Search for Spock was good. *nods* All this talk of Star Trek does make me want to watch some now.

And I bet you guys would like a Star Trek themed cruise, wouldn't you?

Cherry Who? 08-05-2010 04:41 AM

I was a HUGE Trekkie nerd when I was a young teenager. I've seen every TNG episode and movie, every episode of DS9, and ALMOST every episode of Voyager (we had to cancel our netflix near the end, I think. That, or we stopped having time to watch).
I haven't seen much of Enterprise (what I saw, I didn't like), and I haven't seen the new movie. I saw the first Star Trek movie, and I... regret that. It was two hours of "HUH HUH LOOK AT THIS NEW SPECIAL EFFECTS TECHNOLOGY HUH HUH. DIALOG? WHAT'S THAT? PLOT? NAH. FX FX FX FX!"

ghostPastry 08-05-2010 04:58 AM

That's pretty much how the entire first series of Star Trek was (the one with Kirk). >o> It got increasingly more intellectual from there to DS9, from what I've heard. :> TNG is still my fave tho, because it was my first and I love Patrick Stewart.

Cherry Who? 08-05-2010 05:03 AM

Yeah, Stewart's definitely the boss. Out of all the series, I think he's the best captain. and I'm saying that from an impartial stance as well as a biased one. He was authoritative, but not without humanity. Second best would be Janeway. For the same reasons, really.
Sisko (Cisco?) was a dick. Never liked him. Or his dumb kid.

ghostPastry 08-05-2010 05:05 AM

Yesss, I agree with all of that. That's why TNG and Voyager are my favorites. No good captain? No good series. ,:I

Cherry Who? 08-05-2010 05:25 AM

Yeah, though I do think DS9 was good. The rest of the cast was good, and it had good writing. I liked how dark it was compared to the other series. It was a nice break from TNG's fluffy lightheartedness. Voyager established a good middle ground, I think. It had the trademark Star Trek light-relief (kind of like comic relief, I guess, but not really that comic, just light) mixed in with lots of serious stuff.

ghostPastry 08-13-2010 12:50 AM

Heyyy, how'd you know I was back here? :D

Nephila 08-13-2010 12:53 AM

I can smell your squid. Smells like awesome.

ghostPastry 08-13-2010 12:57 AM

Oh yeah? Just smells like sugary fish to me...
