Clock just moves around a lot, what friends she does has,
are all back in her hometown, which is hours and hours away.

I don't mind my hometown but there's really nothing to do there since my mom lives in the middle of nowhere. >.<

ClockMom lives where Clock lives now,
the only family in Clocks hometown,
is ClockDad and some of his side of the family.
and that's part of the reason Clock doesn't like it there.

minus a year when she was two-three.

so Clock considers that town her hometown.
