Sad shows are never that much fun and then there are shows which were great, but now just make you cry at how horrible they've become.
True Blood is the series for me that has just gotten ridiculous and out there from the books. Alan Ball ruined a perfect good set of books and made a lot of people pretty mad. Not going to miss not seeing the 3rd season.

I hate sad things, I can't watch/read Marley & Me anymore, ditto Titanic (even though the film bores me I always cry) and ditto Watership down

Yeah, I try avoid the sad sappy stuff. Not into crying, although every now and then I will see something or hear something in a movie that makes me cry.

There is a song by Trans Siberian Orchestra that is so beyond awesome, but it makes me get all misty eyed and choked up.

Yeah, even sad music depresses me and I hate being sad :|

Right now I am doing everything I can to stay positive and happy through the holidays. Sucks having your boyfriend gone. But's that life.

Well the day went a little like this:

Its the first of December so I was really excoted for christmas, even more so when I got my first christmas card.
My english teacher (who I am a little wary of) gave me a lovely complement and said she was proud of my exam results
I passed French and am *possibly* getting moved up a level
I passed business management and got a rare (but slightly scary) from my teacher
My parents were really proud so they said that at the weekend something nice may find its way into my posession (this was my dad, my mum just said I may get a nicer laptop for christmas)
I got a B in Geograohy and can take it on next year
I secured my work experience placement

Basically it was just great! How was your day?

Not as great as your:lol: just lounging around all day ^_^

The only sad thing is that my earphones for my MP3 player broke so I need to wait a few days before my new ones come, thank god for e-bay :lol:

Oh that kind of sucks :lol: but its good that new ones are coming soon ^_^

Life without music is just not right. Work would be really dull and boring without my ipod.

Yeah, I love music, I listen to it all the time. I have to make do with my spare ones, but they are rubbish, the lead is too short so I can't tuck it round my neck and down my jumper down to my jeans so I have to roll and re-roll them. I am getting gummi headohones though :boogie:

My old earphones broke after a year of near continuous use so I bought the marshmellow ones from Wal-Mart. These damn things are phenomenol! (sp?) They even reduce noise so you can't hear yourself typing or people trying to talk to you about nothing. Makes me a happy camper :yes:

I got my last ones from Tesco (supermarket) and they were used nearly continuous, first off the left one broke so only the right one worked, then the right one died today.
I only ever use one anyway, I still like to hear what people say so I put music in one side and keep my other one open :)

We don't get too many calls from the outside and for the most part volume is down pretty low so I can still hear what's going on around me. I prefer not having to talk too much to people here. Just ends up annoying me to no end with the requests people make.

True, if its when I am out walking to school then its up full blast and I don't care what is going on there, though in school I need to keep it low to hear what the instructions and things are, at home I keep it midley, so I can still hear what people are saying but drown out TV noise and stuff :)

My ipod needs a revamp. It needs more music added to it. Only about half full at this time. That's another 300-400 songs. *twitches*
