I have to convince myself to read, but once I start, I'm fine. but I do that with lots of things.

I'm really tired, but I shouldn't be considering I slept from 9pm untill 12pm yesterday

that's an awful early bedtime.

I had only had about 3 hours of sleep the night before.

I was absolutely exhausted. I could barely stay awake.

was it an obscure statement? my mind is always on. I don't sleep because my thoughts are too restless, but it seems, my mind doesn't need to be really shut off. I can easily cat-nap and it works well for me. if I don't sleep at night, a cat nap does find and I can function just fine during the day.

That's strange to me. I need sleep. If I don't sleep at night, I tend to have to make it up at some later point.

my body needs sleep. my mind is an energizer bunny of endless thinking.

It's just annoys me. But one of my roomies families. I really don't like them at all.
