don't all dorms have machines? no one would want to live in the dorm otherwise. but I have to wait 20 minutes. both washers are in use now.

Tobi, that's his name, does talk but not like human words; they can't really form those. He whistles and chatters to himself all the time. Plus, he knows the chocobo song from Final Fantasy.

I think their might be some dorms that don't have machines and their might be a wash area on campus somewhere not really sure though
