and I had a weird, I guess domestic, moment earlier. I came home to an empty apartment and dumped a few bags of groceries on the counter, keys still jingling in my hand. Instantly an image of this playing out exactly like in the tv shows goes through my head. Of course, then i think this scene is usually followed by a masked man jumping out from the shadows behind the young single woman and stabbing her 14 times....

of course that's what kat's brain would go to.
