Texas really is ugly except maybe some parts of west texas. but yeah. That sounds amazing! I would love to write or draw up there. It sounds like the perfect natural beauty to use as a muse. But I love the getting from place to place and worrying over meals. >.>

Yeah, west Texas has it's spots that are gorgeous. But the majority is just meh. Especially Houston.
Oh and the weather was so nice. It never got over 75.

sure. I enjoy the process of travel. car motion, scenery flying by the window. The ability to change plans if you see something unexpected that looks cool.

I want to go back to that weather. the only day that was too could was when we were going through Glacier Bay. I froze that entire day.

Yeah, though really you can schedule your cruise however you want. If you want to be busy, you can. If you don't, you don't have to be.

I think that's why I love cruises. Is you still have that when you're at port (though three port days in a row is way too much), but you also have more time to just chill b/c you know you're just going to be at sea and you can do whatever the hell you want. I really just love cruises and would highly recommend them to everyone.

I know. I've been listening to my parents and aunt and uncle planning everything about their cruise. all the tickets for the excursions and things are prebought before you even get to see the place. just the amount of planning in general. I don't like planned vacations. And everyone knows I hate water. I don't even find it interesting to stare out into.

Haha. Yeah, I know what you mean. But it happened and I talked to several people who were like 80 degrees is soooo hot. I just kinda laughed at them and told them they were wrong.

You'd actually probably like an Alaskan cruise better than say a Caribbean. In a Caribbean cruise you have a lot of just the staring out at water cuz you are legit in the middle of the ocean. With an alaskan cruise, that's not so much true. We had that a couple times but only for maybe like three hours max before there was beautiful scenery again.
And like with Alaska, you can't really get to some places without either flying there or boating there (aka Juneau) and I would say parts of what we saw in Glacier Bay, so a cruise is like perfect.
And you don't have to do the excursion. We only did the one whale watching excursion and then the other days we just roamed the towns (which was amazing).

I think Alaska cruise wouldn't be terrible, but yeah, I'm no fan of the Caribbean.
My family is doing all sorts of excursions, but mostly all very lazy ones.

Eighty is nice. Which is why I laughed at the people who said it was hot.

Yeah, I would have loved to do more excursions this cruise. Like the ziplining one in Ketchikan, but they're all soo expensive.

yep! i keep having to do yard work during the day and all my mom does is complain about how bad of a job I do.

I love ziplines! Except I think I'm not interested in thrills now. I did some of the rides at Kemah and I'm not going near anything like that for a long time.

haha. I've never done ziplining, but I want to. But I wouldn't have traded the whale watching excursion for anything.

And it rained so much and weed eater was broken for weeks. it was so hard to cut all that grass!!

I've been on small ziplines at camp. I've been dolphin watching once. it was pretty neat!

i love how we leave and it rained. I love the rain and I missed out on it.

dolphin watching is fun. whale watching (especially for humpbacks) is something else entirely.

oh yes, cause I'm a penpal lol! I guess you were too late to get the message for it. Jelly's trying to better the email system so she asked users to be more or less penpals to respond to emails from time to time so that the email system doesn't get neglected and die....or whatever. Since like, no users got the email for the last event.

I actually really don't want to do anything. cuz what I have to do is pack to move and I don't really want to move cuz it's ending an era of my life that I really really enjoyed

different apartment in hville. it's a one bedroom studio apartment that's like 600 sq ft
