I'm glad I'm not the only one who thinks this. cats and dogs just really don't get along...usually. They do in manga, but not real life I think.

Nope, you definitely aren't. Though some dog people aren't bad. it's the one who aggressively hate cats that really bug me

oh yeah, I can't like anyone who hate cats. But I usually don't get along with people love their dog like a best friend and still don't hate cats. It's that kind of dog owner personality.

I hear horror stories from my brother of my cousin's dogs, though Olga has gotten better. I've dealt with Olga and she's far to jumpy for my tastes.

not to jump on tables, not to scratch furniture, i've had to teach several cats how to use a scratching post.

my cats never tried jumping on tables and a cat will scratch whatever it wants to scratch.

Not true on the scratching part. I have never had a problem with any of my cats scratching furniture cuz i trained them not to
