I know, but usually what happens is when I don't have time to be creative (like the end of the semester) it will randomly go in hyperdrive in protestation of all the stress.

well I pretty much knew what I needed to do. its all the doing that's still happening. I'm writing all over the place in this story. I'm not even sure if I have a chapter 3 anymore or if the chapter is with the title. I have about five incomplete chapters floating around though. chapter 1 might be finished. I'm still looking over it though and expanding here and there.

yes this is important to my response.

it really is. its hard to write because it doesn't have the forward motion of my usual stories. I've added another angle to it (the police vs the serial killer) so there's something there but otherwise the plot is moved along by emotion rather than physically moving. plus the plot doesn't have the usual sort of room for evolution. it can change and peoples emotions can evolve, but I can't suddenly kidnap a character or have their lost twin appear because I don't know what to do.

seriously right! I like to write long and all, but every time Declan says a lot, Koda feels the need to say nothing back. I think Declan's serious way of teaching scares him.

haha he got like a mega novel this time cuz declan just keeps going, but i found a way to get a crucial piece of info into the story, so i'm now proud of myself.
