I never edit them. they're either right the first time or they're not. they may get better with editing, but they will never be right in the way it would be if I wrote it all in one go. I can't interrupt poetry.

small paragraph or so response to all the stories and poetry I've had to read in my class this semester. so many. we were supposed to write them as we read, but I only did that some of the time and most of it is written in the book rather than typed.

haha it really does. at the time, procrastination feels great, but later it always bites you in the ass.
