How many calories are you meant to have in one day?

It really isn't too active, I just try to keep myself busy. Lol like I need to actually work out more than I do, specially today but I just don't want to. XD I suck at self motivation.

That's to maintain your weight. to lose weight you have to eat less than the daily recommended amount. I actually gain weight if I eat more than 1000 even when I work out like crazy.

That's crazy. I don't count calories.. Maybe I should. It might help me lose weight better. XD

xD I use to never count calories but lately it's the only way I can even think about losing weight. D; It's either that or find a diet pill and exercise my ass off. Lol
