hmm...new admin. I hope he makes things easier on you guys <3 he says he is online a lot and has time to devote to this place during the week when Josh is gone, so we shall see. Hopefully he won't leave the mods all by themselves as often as Josh did <33

He seems decent. as long as he does a good job, and with him is a new coder, who will hopefully get some of the bugs in mene fixed, and maybe even get some of the games that are down up and running again. It would be nice. <3

Yes, I read through the thread and he does seem to have a good head on his shoulders and kudos to Josh for being responsible enough to say that things were overwhelming to him. School is so important.

has he addressed the mods/other staff personally yet in the staff forum? (there is one right XD?) I read that he hasn't started working yet and he is waiting for Josh to show him how things are run around here a bit more. so we will see how it goes when he does start.

I hated speech. I got so nervous when I had to give one. I did ok but I couldn't do that all the time.

The first speech I gave well was after high school when I didn't have to give them well anymore XD and oddly enough it was my grandmothers ulogly (sp </3) Just remember to breathe and pause at punctuation marks so everyone can understand you

I just freeze and can't read what I wrote/typed whatever. It was worse in school because I knew everyone. I'm just not good in front of people.

I've never been that great at public speaking. My mouth gets all dry! Now, if you could sing your speeches instead...heh heh, that'd be much better!
