Shouj - I wasn't trying to badmouth mods. I just read over my post and it looks like I am, but I understand that the mods can see things we as regular users can't, and they aren't allowed to publicly disclose that information. My point was that nice people are dropping off the site, whether by their own choice or not, while I still get tons of scamming PMs and see bumping bots in the chatterbox almost every time I go there. It's not the innocent fun it used to be.

I've NEVER seen mastey vend. Haven't seen much of Sora...or you, or Kc, so Lynx, or Hajin...or Fireside....

Thinking about it, I haven't seen many of those people vend when I've vended. Another thing that should be considered would be how the vend has been pretty dry lately...so there are less deals to gauge how well people vend or whatever.

I think it's pretty funny now how all my friends were questing for fairy wings in 2003/2004, and now a lot of nubs have fairy wings while my friends have minis, Easter slippers, etc. that they got from donating/events and most of them STILL don't have fairy wings xD

Emulating a study environment. Basically, we're seeing how significant noise impacts learning. We'll have the participants read an excerpt and take a comprehensive quiz after in different settings; no noise (control group), music, talk radio, and tv (all common study distractions). That part is easy...but I'm just avoiding research and writing the introduction of the research paper. I also have to finish up the debriefing form...which needs a few references as well. The semester ends in May...and that's going to come up really fast T_T

Oh yeah. We had to come up with a research project on our own too. We still need to fill out a few forms and get them signed off too.
