I had to write essays on our summer reading books;

For AP Econ, I had to summarize some dull book we read called 'New Ideas From Dead Economists' - it had to be three pages or more. x.x

For AP English, I had to summarize some equally dull book called 'Heart of Darkness,' although the requirement was only for it to be two paragraphs in length.

I didn't read either of the books, although I think I did well on both for that reason. xD;

We did the Wizard of Oz my freshman year - the play version, though. Now we're doing the musical version my senior year, which is already sounding 100 times better... >< I love the music from the Wizard of Oz!
