they are involved in off site trading, which isn't allowed here in menewsha. it's when they purchase an item here in menewsha through paying for it by means of RL cash(not CONTRIBUTIONS, conts are ok), or through trading via other forums which are avatar based, like gaia. i.e. someone buying vday pins for gaian items, etc etc
