Good question Xuvrette. I wouldn't want to hurt anyone's feelings and probably accept it and be thankful for the thought. But I guess it depends on who sent it and what it is...

It would really depend on who sent it and what they send- if it's clothes I would probably try to exchange them and tell the person either the truth - it wasn't my style- or that it didn't fit and the store didn't have my size.

Sometimes I tell someone I appreciate the thought, which I always do when receiving a gift, but ask them to take it back because I really don't need it (if that's the case)

Sometimes I just say thanks and then put the thing into my pile of stuff to take to the salvation army :lol:

Well, of course I am thankful, but there are just sometimes that you just don't like the present/gift. The meaning and thought is very nice, but I don't feel really good about lying about what I really like.

and then, what is worse is that, I would hope so much that they would send me gift that I like instead. lol, because I am not the kind of person that throw away or give away gifts, I tends to keep them. So I would prefer something I like. haha.

I like the kitty and it sleeps on my head, I think it is a main Coon kitty, very fluffy, all furr, hope it knows not to claw me

I have yet to get near to any animals.

Yeah, the green/black one. I've been wanting this since I first joined Mene. It looks similar to a renaissance faire outfit, and is the basic for the outfit I'm working towards now. I wonder if I can afford any of the other pieces right now...

*wanders in* I know how you feel about nothing feeling so great. The girl that I share an office with got me sick just after I got over the last ordeal with something close to the flu. Ugh. I intensely dislike not being able to breath through my nose and the sinus pressure is really doing a number on me at the moment despite having taken some aspirin.
