XD my bf will go bald, so he has to deal with the potential of me being chubby... XD |
It's not really a diet persay XD I've been working out daily (for mainly energy reasons. I was starting to get to the point that I couldn't play with the kids for more then 30 minutes with out being tired ;_; ) and I've modified my diet only in the way that I eat less of what is 'bad' for me and drink more water then juice or milk. and I kinda just stopped drinking sodas too. XD All changes I wanted to make for a while but only recently started doing. I've been feeling better too. yay! lol.
