Hi! I'm Malkut, aka Kut or Mal. I'm pretty new to Menewsha, and I plan on staying on for a good while.

Some basics about my real life are:
~I'm 24 (I'll be a quarter of a century on the 18th of November!)
~I'm a former English and Science teacher.
~I'm in massage school right now.
~I live in Austin, Tx.
~I'm a huge literature fan...to the point that I don't even own a TV. (I know...shock, right?)
~I'm a huge history fan as well. I used to work in living history. It was AWESOME getting to dress as a 1750s Native American for work.
~Anything else you're interested in, feel free to ask.

I'm a packrat. Seriously. And I also really like to have lots and lots of options. Eventually I'll probably collect every item on the site, but for now I'm focusing myself on the Contribution Items.

I love my donators. Anyone who donates will receive a free gift! Just hop over to my Gashapon thread and make a request for a gashapon. (Donators' creatures will only grow to the keychain stage, unless they've donated more than the cost of a gashapon.)

Yeah, the fishing exploit caused a bit of inflation. That, and the counter-inflation of giving near everyone 2.5k

That is a good point.

I really liked that they kept the exchange closed for a week after that. I know even had I been on the site for a while (I actually joined the day they took everything down), the gold would have been burning a hole in my virtual pocket. I'm not sure I could have kept from spending it in the stores had I wanted to. Also, putting out the new items probably helps some.

Yeah. They did a good job minimizing damage in that situation :] I liked the 2.5k because it gave me a chance to put together this wardrobe. Before this I wore rags and purple oriental pants.. I have the shirt to match the pants, but it didn't look good on me.

I spent all but 1k of what I was given immediately. I saved a bit for the hair pin, and then again for the cloak. I don't want to dip below 1k unless I'm buying items for my quest. That's sort of my savings style...even in real life. Once I hit a large mark, like 1k, I don't let myself go below it unless it's something I've specifically been saving for.

I like the outfit you put together. Quite nice. I'm rather fond of a lot of the options for clothing here.

Save for glasses and eyeshadow, my character looks identical to myself :]

Very cool. Save for hair length, (I miss my short hair...but then I miss my really long hair too) and a bit more weight, mine looks a good bit like me.

I wonder how close I can get it...hrm.

I'm doing really well so far, I've gotten eight items (two commons, the rest collectibles) so far! Thought I let my boyfriend wear the Pants from Hell because he was kind of naked. ;D
