But I have over 50 threads that i'm subscribed to, and after replying in a few the gold begins to add up. Plus I am talking to Rylynne in a lot of them, and we have big conversations going on. So when I reply I usually get about 20 gold.

But then you have to think of something interesting to say, and that also takes a lot of work. It's easier to type than to think of something interesting that others may actually want to read...

@ sadrain - Well, she was back for awhile
We're not really sure at the time being if she is still back, or if she has left on another hiatus. She could just be busy with life again, atm, or been having fun with friends or something. I'm not gonna worry, and just see whats been going on once she comes back on. :) I also have her on messenger, so i'll check up with her if she signs in anytime soon, but she's not always on there. I'll let you guys know if I find out any news. ^^

@ Jean - Yeah, it does take quite a bit of typing. It comes in handy when you're telling a story or just replying to a bunch of things. I'm not sure what the exact amount of words that need to be said in order to get the full 20 gold, but it does have to be a pretty hefty paragraph. Also, i'm pretty sure that the Roleplaying thread has a lot of people getting the 20 gold for their posts all the time, since they usually have rather long posts. So I bet RPers make a pretty good sum of gold when they have people being active at the same time as them. :)

I for one just usually have a lot to say, and because I type out the full words and dont really use slang all that much, plus proper english, then my replies are longer then most. Like this one. lol And when i'm talking to Rylynne, we tend to have more than one thing being talked about in a single thread, so i'll reply saying about 3 or 4 things, and if I have a bit to say to each one then it adds up pretty quickly and its up getting about 20 gold. :) 20 is the limit for how much gold you can get in a post, though.

For example, this post just gave me 20 gold. lol

@ sadrain - Yeah, her ex is a nut. He's been freaking out on her since he broke up with her. And I mean, really freaking out. He joined Mene (or maybe just cruised around as a guest) and was seeing what she's been doing and talking about, and was following her moves and reading all her stuff. And then he was being mean to her in person. And like seriously saying some majorly messed up stuff.

So shes been dealing with some rough things lately, and i'm just hoping that everything will be okay. :/
Life is stressful enough as is, and i'm sure she doesn't need more things to stress her out. By the sounds of it, it seems like she already has her hands rather full with life.

It's one of the things that makes these avatar sites nice. You can chat with people and be friendly without taking any chances. If you're careful, nobody would even know what part of the world you live in.

I'm not quite *that* paranoid, but it can get kinda spooky. I always lock my doors, even during the day... and I don't usually go out alone at night.

Ahhh, but those are only normal safty actions. XD Stalkers/weirdos can be the least problem - robbers are much worse or just any drunk group, on street at night. *shudders*

I am not afraid of stalkers, though. =P I just don't beleive anyone would buy a plane ticket to just come to Latvia and then try to guess in which city I live in, etc. XD Most people I know live on the other side of world from me, literally.

Latvia is pretty close to the Baltic Sea and Russa. It's really pretty from the postcards I've gotten from Rainy. It has castles.
