*cuddles Roo* I had that issue when I first went to the gym with dad in the morning. And then I realized that the people there in the mornings are serious about getting in shape and are concentrating more on what they are doing then looking around at others. Most of them were willing to give pointers to concerning machines that are better and offer results. Quite nice.
Working out is easier with a partner because you keep each other honest. Have you thought about getting a partner to go with?

Yeah I have my one attorney that is helping me with a workout routine with the free weights. My sister-n-law was going with me and that helped alot but she can't seem to get her ass out of bed that early and really doesn't need to be there anyway.

Well that sucks. I get out of bed about that time everyday, but I have to be at work by 7. So I cut it close to get all the sleep that I can.

When I worked a different job and didn't have to be in until 9, I went with dad to the gym at 4:30 in the morning. That's killer.

It is killer getting up that early but worth it. I just need to get back into that mind set.

Beautiful. ME always comes first. So I've decided that for my christmas baking this year I will be sending out peanut butter cookies, sugar cookies, lemon bread and a few other goodies that mom bakes.

Jess' girls have been sick. Elise is cutting her molars so she is miserable and still is fighting walking. Toni is just getting over strep throat she she has graciously given to her father now. She's also having sinus issues with this weather so Jess has her hands full.
