I used to like his stories when I was a kid... but then he seemed to.. I dunno... go off the deep end of suspense into the macabre and I don't like that genre a whole lot...

I'm not even good with suspense. It freaks me out and sleeping gets hard Like I'll see shadows move, or hear noises that no one else does and it just sucks. I'm such a baby. haha.

Scott loves stephen king. and he wants to share stuff with me thats going on in the books because he thinks it's really cool or something to that effect...and I want to just plug my ears and sing at the top of my lungs but that would be rude. So I listen, and just the synopsis freaks me out. [/fail!]

But subjecting you to things you're not comfortable hearing isn't exactly polite either... does he know how badly even the synopsis can affect you? (*goes thru this with DH too... usually over stupid stuff*)

xD He gets really excited about it and doesn't have any one else to share it with. So as long as he's there at night for me to bother it's not too bad. I'll wake up from a creepy dream and roll over to cuddle with him. It all evens out. I think.

OH Mel! Is there any way I can actually *see* what December's CIs are... what they look like, what they do, etc.... without having to buy them first? (an image of the poses/whatever would suffice) I think I like them, but can't justify spending $ on things I don't absolutely adore... and I won't buy "blind" right now... ya know?

I was right - I like the CIs this month... however, apparently the card I tried plugging in, I can't use for whatever unknown reason and I'm *not* using one of our other cards online... *siiigh* I'll have to bookmark that page though - that's an excellent thing to see/know about and I didn't know about it before!

Yeah Mel, but I won't be able to get December's CIs anymore even if I do try again with the same card and it "lets me" use it. I was trying to get them... Oh well. Live and learn, I guess! Thanks for the information; I'll keep it in mind the next time I decide to try getting the CIs here.
