Some test results take longer than others to come back. Think about going to the doctor for you, normally it's 7 to 10 days before they call back with results (if they call back) Sometimes they don't call back because calling is what they do with things are abnormal. I would think with a childs test though they would call. Not calling just makes parents worry more. >.< Hopefully she'll have word by the end of the week!!

*pops in and pokes around* How is everyone?

roocee 05-27-2010 02:25 PM

*pokes blaze*

Blazestorm 05-27-2010 02:32 PM

*pokes Roo and goes off looking for a pillow* :XD

Melody 05-27-2010 02:34 PM

*throws a pillow at Blaze* :ninja:

Blazestorm 05-27-2010 02:36 PM

*gets walloped* HEY!!! Watch it, oh preggo one... *glares at you then bursts out laughing*

Melody 05-27-2010 02:37 PM

xD OMG I got some new pillows not too long ago. I think they're kinda made with the same stuff as the memory foam mattresses... they're soooo comfortable! I want to bring it with me where ever I go. o.o

Blazestorm 05-27-2010 02:39 PM

LOL! I keep seeing those pillows and wondering if they'd actually be comfortable or not... they just seem so ... weird!!

Melody 05-27-2010 02:43 PM

It isn't like the ones that have the dip and stuff in them... It's called something like "I heart my pillow" super comfy. <3 Though surprisingly expensive. I think they were like $40 each.

Ok hubby says he doesn't know if he would call them super comfy...but I love them. xD

Blazestorm 05-27-2010 02:49 PM

ROFL!
I think the expense and the "unknown" is why we haven't tried them

Melody 05-27-2010 02:58 PM

We went mattress shopping and I fell in love with the pillow. They had one on display so I stole it and went to the bed we were wanting. xD It was so comfy.

The only thing not comfy was the salesmen standing over us while we were checking out beds. It's really annoying since you don't act natural when someone is standing over you. I wish mattress sellers would get the hint and leave for a little bit so the customer has some time to relax and see how they really feel about the mattress. We left a couple of stores because we weren't comfortable with the salespeople!

Blazestorm 05-27-2010 03:01 PM

*nod* I Know. I hate that too. Yet, they encourage you to lie down on the mattress... but hover over you... what's the worst that's going to happen? -- you actually fall asleep for 10 minutes? Oh Darn! Can't buy that mattress!!

Melody 05-27-2010 03:05 PM

I know I don't get it either. It's not like you're going to strip down in the store and have sex on it. :/ If you started to they could easily walk over and say that's not appropriate behavior. But really, I hate hovering sales people! >.<

morquarwen 05-27-2010 05:44 PM

Its been 2 weeks actually - and I decided Im not putting her through the trauma of having blood drawn again. Tis their fault, but maybe I will change my mind. But as of now I have no plans to take her - and shes sick to boot. Its just one thing after another anymore, things have to get better soon

Melody 05-27-2010 05:49 PM

As long as she's not feeling well I wouldn't bother taking her in for another blood draw anyway. It's not worth the struggle or pain. Poor baby, I hope she starts feeling better soon!!

Blazestorm 05-27-2010 06:59 PM

I wouldn't bother either Jess.

roocee 05-27-2010 07:09 PM

She's gonna walk when she's ready. All this crap isn't going to make it happen any sooner IMO.

EternalHearts 05-28-2010 09:45 PM

I agree with Rue--kids do things at different times. IIRC, your doctor isn't actually terribly worried, right? She was just doing it as a precaution?

Blazestorm 05-29-2010 02:14 PM

*nod* Kids.... people... tend to do things when they're ready to do it and not before, and not before there's enough personal incentive to make it worthwhile to them. As long as there's nothing physically wrong, she'll get there eventually...

Moonflower 05-30-2010 06:15 AM

Aww... I hope she recovers quickly, Jess! </3 That poor baby.

Queen_Andais 05-30-2010 09:54 PM

Afternoon Jess, *huggles* Long time no talk, probably more of my fault then your's since it's me that has been away from Mene. Just been playing Tetris and saving up for the give away.

Blazestorm 05-30-2010 11:03 PM

Give away, Queen?

Queen_Andais 05-31-2010 12:28 AM

Yep, I am planning a give away for the end of the year. Right about Christmas time or so...during the event. There will be items from throughout the year, plus a full set of CIs for the year. I've been trying to come up with ideas for the giveaway.

Blazestorm 05-31-2010 01:39 PM

cool. sounds like fun, certainly!!

That reminds me that I should probably get these CIs soon - since I like them and all... >.>

Queen_Andais 06-02-2010 03:42 AM

Rodd will be the judge for the avatar contests since he has a good eye for nicely dressed avatars. And I don't have to employ a panel of judges, excluding those people from entering. I want people to be able to participate in all things that I offer.
