*hugs Ceymore and Rue* Ceymore you're such a sweet guy, thank you for trying to make me feel better. Im finally tired so I might go ahead and head off to bed. Maybe a good nights sleep will help <3

Ceymore 02-07-2008 06:02 AM

I think most people I know mellow with age.

Melody 02-07-2008 02:25 PM

That could be bad for me. I was born mellow >.<

roocee 02-07-2008 02:26 PM

Good morning Jess. *snugs*

Deniece 02-07-2008 03:02 PM

Good Morning Jess! <3 I hope you're feeling better today :)

Ceymore 02-07-2008 05:31 PM

Mel you make me laugh, oh, check my thread.

Im tired, it hurts to walk today after all the walking I did last night in the store. And found out today my pap came back bad, so I had to have an exam to see if he could find any bad cells. Thankfully he didnt, but after Elise is born I have to have a biopsy done to check the inside. Shes fine though, there is nothing wrong with her, I guess that a bad pap has nothing to do with the baby, which makes me feel better

Ceymore 02-07-2008 06:59 PM

Babies are usually not affected by normal circumstances, however drugs and the likes will cause bad things to happen but I am sure you know this already. My wiey never got her slim figure back after my youngest was born. He came into this world at 1 lb. 11 oz. and she went frome a size 11 to a size 46. She had Toxima real bad and I almost lost her. I love her so much still for even tho she had a perfect figure when I married her, it was not her figure that I loved. She will always be beautiful to me.

Jess, these things happen--I've had several "abnormal" paps. Only once was it something real, but if there were no bad cells, then it should be fine. I wish you the best when you get the biopsy though.

FYI--they will tell you it won't hurt a lot, but it will. Just wanted to give you the heads up. A few years ago I had HPV and had to get a biopsy every three months for a year, then every 6 months for another year. It's not terrible, but it does hurt.

morquarwen 02-07-2008 07:04 PM

Yeah Tab said its very uncomfortable, but if I can handle childbirth I should be able to handle this. Im glad I know what to expect going in though.

Ceymore, you are an amazing man. You truly are <3

Melody 02-07-2008 07:08 PM

I'm glad the baby is ok Jess <3 and I'm sure you are fine as well.

EternalHearts 02-07-2008 07:09 PM

You have a point there Jess. I would imagine childbirth WOULD be more painful than the biopsy.

morquarwen 02-07-2008 07:15 PM

Im having another ultrasound done too, just to make sure what her age is. He said it could be off by 3 weeks, and just wants to be positive. So I actually could be due 3 weeks later, which is what Im kinda hoping for lol

roocee 02-07-2008 07:17 PM

That's true Jess. I'm sure the biopsy will give a little discomfort but I remember correctly, Tab was uncomfortable for a day or so but she went through what Jessi went through every 3 months and she is just now down to being able to go annually instead of every 6 months.

EternalHearts 02-07-2008 07:28 PM

I was never so happy as when my gyno said I could start seeing my regular PCP for my girly exams again!

Melody 02-07-2008 07:29 PM

<3 I had a friend go through it too. She had HPV.
If you don't have it and it comes out clear on the biopsy I would suggest talking to your gyn about guardisil. I probably spelled that wrong. ^^;; but it's the shot that prevents the 4 leading strains of cervical cancer/genital warts.

morquarwen 02-07-2008 07:31 PM

I had actually planned on that, till I found out I was pregnant though. Definitely something I am going to look into after Elise is born though

EternalHearts 02-07-2008 07:33 PM

Jess, are you young enough for it? I know that health insurance plans will only pay for it until you are 25; after that you have to pay for the whole thing yourself.

Melody 02-07-2008 07:35 PM

regardless it might be worth the cost. ^^;;

morquarwen 02-07-2008 07:35 PM

He mentioned that alot of health plans do not cover it as of now. But that he thinks that will change further down the line. He didnt go into detail about it on my first visit, just touched upon it.

roocee 02-07-2008 07:38 PM

It is certainly worth checking into though.

EternalHearts 02-07-2008 07:38 PM

That's cool. It's definitely worth looking into. I was lucky that it came out right before I turned 25, and as long as you started the treatments (3 shots) before 25, they would continue to pay for it :)

Melody 02-07-2008 07:46 PM

Not that it matters but if you have already started it it is safe to continue if you get pregnant as well. I asked about that at my last visit and am going in for shot #1 on the 18th. woo... XD

roocee 02-07-2008 08:10 PM

That's great Mel.

morquarwen 02-07-2008 10:23 PM

Im gonna be in bed early. Rue Im really considering your offer lol
