I'm not certain exactly how easy it will be to get the Event items yet and you may be somewhat busier during the Event than you were during the Winter Event... :' So if you end up not getting enough to spare, I'll understand. :3 I may be able to harass Staff members who were there into giving or selling me sets. LOL. Yeah. Saving up for big items is a pain. u___u; There is a great deal of need to save for this Event, though. There are a lot of very cool items. I'm not saying I want one of each or anything, but there are some to-squeal-for items there. Enough that even if I had 10k I wouldn't be able to afford everything I wanted. ;_; And, I'd be sorry for the prank for the February CIs if your reaction wasn't so cute. Update on my Quest!
As of approximately 2:30am (Central Time Zone) on January 31st, 2008, I achieved 2/3rds of my current goal. :3 Well, slightly more than 2/3rds, but who's really counting, right? XD Thank you to the Fishing Game, which bumped me that last 90-something gold to this stage of my goal! (And I did want to reach this stage by tonight if I could! And I did, so I am pleased. :3 ) Three days to make 1,000 gold! Let's see if I can do it. XD (Not that it matters if I don't. LOL.) |

I usually try to get above 500 if possible. It's the reason why I can finish up my quests so quickly. People have called me a vampire and wonder if I go to sleep so I decided to slow down and chill a wee bit. They're like... You're online when I'm on and even when I leave then come back, you are STILL online. O___o; I do have a quest at the moment... But since it's a not so serious quest after all, I can put it aside and emphasize on other more important things at the moment. Like getting some money for a certain cause. <3 Thank goodness the whole getting ticked off on Mene rarely happens unless I go specific and most of the time, this is technically my safe haven from a world of idiots and no brainers... But yes, it still happens. Unfortunately -sighs- I just try to get over it, flip my hair and then say "C'est la vie" And don't you worry, CK, we will keep this thread alive and chuck full of replies that you'll be SO inclined to reply!!! @whitebeast - LOL. Yeah. I have really odd hours sometimes, so I generally see those people who are closer to Australian hours than my own. XD So people closer to my time zone see me before they sleep and sometimes still when they wake up. As of this post, I have officially completed my second Quest! \o/ Score. :D
About my Completed Quest: My second Quest was to earn 3,000 gold. Mostly just to earn gold. LOL. But it'll probably be spent during the Valentine's Event if I find time to get on during the Event. So I'll be sending this gold to my dear slave boy to hold for me during my vacation. :3 At approximately 3:00 a.m., Central Time Zon, on February 2, 2008, I completed my second Quest. :3 About my New Quest: After I return from my vacation to Australia, I'll be Questing for all the Atlantis Items. Because I love them so! I'll save the coat for last, in case the female version has to be a (F) item rather than a unisex item! Until then, I'll try to build up my gold. Today's my last day to do so! :o *goes to send gold to her slave boy and update the first page* |

I think that it helped that I was trying so hard to get it and not spending any more than could be made back immediately (ie: buying bait for fishing. XD) I know what you mean about lurking. I make a pretty penny, so to speak, just lurking and selling anything that comes my way through Daily Chance or the rare time I win something playing Jigsaw. Anyway, enough about that. Damn. I should have kept myself up to date nonetheless! T______T; I hate being out of touch with the conversations at times. But hey---school drama kicking in not to mention the hey... Nothing interests me/My spider senses aren't tingling enough feel going on, I end up just being slow and not wanting to post at all. Yes. I do trust my spider senses/instincts/third sense to help me make deals. O_o; My having complete those quests is really just being at the right place, at the right time---most of them were like "Can you put them on hold and I'll pay you in XXX amount of days?" Or just OOH~! sporadic moments. I have also gotten my holy grail items too. T o T So I'm now... I want to quest for others mode now. I quest for myself but on the side... Or only when I can afford. I'm trying to focus more on the others part. There's more satisfaction in it than for getting stuff for myself. O_o; ...Atlantis coat. It's such an underloved item i swear! D: I love it but I'm having difficulty trying to find items to go with it. Seriously. But yes it is so lovely... The gradient of aqua, teal and blue then the patterns---I could go on about it! About the users who tick me off---the ones you hare today might be the ones you love tomorrow and otherwise, everyday is an opportunity to make or break impressions on others. -now has a new someone she's pissed at today- XD; I like the CIs but not enough to buy them just yet. XD Yeah. That happens to me a lot. I'm like, "I'm so tired/lazy... I'll catch up on that thread tomorrow...." and then a day or two later I look at it and go, "Holy crap, how did it jump 30 pages? D:" (Not really, that's a slight exaggeration... XD; ) In regards to Mene, my spider-senses aren't always right. XD But I did manage to buy the slipper set at exactly the right time. When they were in the 500-range for the pair. XD; (And I know it had gone down in price slightly, so I probably bought one of the cheapest pairs!) X3 <3 I try to buy things for my best friend as well, but she hasn't been on the site but about a month and doesn't have a true wishlist, as sorts. But when she does...! I love the Atlantis line! The colors are some of my favorites and the designs on them are so pretty! It's all O.O!!! when you're there and even more Dx' when you just step back in and you try to catch up and you can't anymore! So I just wait it out and just watch. Eventually I do get my chance.
