The wa style first link you posted I - WANT. The skirt shape is the only thing I don't like about it.
As for fabric... I think it's something you have to decide if it appeals to you, really. But fabric like that would probably be much hotter than cloth. I wore a cheap "kimono" wrapped around my waist to one convention and I sweated almost as much from that as I did wrapped up in my entire wa lolita outfit. XD; And that was more layers. D: But I'd personally be willing to "go shiny" for fabric as long as that shiny fabric didn't end up looking like cheap rayon or something. XD
And the second link with the grey dress is incredible. :o So many ways you can wear it, too!
Re: The strawberry one - I really love the cut/style of that one, but I'm not too fond of the actual print. XD
And the other Bodyline link is an outfit I was considering getting when I was looking last night. XD I like it. >_>
The thing about Bodyline is that their materials and quality are probably what I'd consider "average". The first two links you posted looked to be a step-up in fabric quality and craftsmanship. Not that Bodyline is bad, because they're not. They'd be great to get your feet wet into the outfits to decide if you like how they look on yourself. :3 |
