You don't need an exchange thread...just put them in the Marketplace.
Then you don't have to be online to sell them.

I think I tried that before, but if I can net item exchanges that is fine too. I don't need just gold.

Item exchanging has always worked out best for me in general. (Like, me giving item a in trade for item b with someone)

I've been slowly getting all the CI's, so there aren't many that I need anymore.
