*muses* There's a junior college here in my town, and a university in a nearby town. It only takes about 30 minutes to get to the university from here.

Ah, well there are a BUNCH of colleges close by, but I wanted to go to an art college specifically, and that means commuting... LOL

I never left the state, but I did go down south about six hours for two years or so. I hated it. Totally hot and humid in the summer, freezing cold with snow and ice in the winter. I'd never go back there again willingly!

Doesn't Los Angeles have really bad air pollution? *looks wistful* When I visited San Diego I went to the zoo and to SeaWorld and just basically wandered around a lot. I really loved it.

Indeed it does. You can see it as you approach the city, actually... at least you can't see it while your inside the city. That would be even more depressing.
