A winter theme would be appropriate since you are not participating in the pirates vs ninjas event and don't have to flaunt your team pride xDxD @Ithir: Secret Santa is tons of fun but does need quite a bit of planning. I am just doing a gift exchange with my friends because we don't want to spend a lot of money, but don't want to put a lot of planning into Christmas. I also need to buy my gift real soon. I thought I might buy the present this weekend, but I went to my friend's house instead. |
Yeah, a winter theme would be best. I have my choices narrowed down to three before i go and buy the commons for it.

Min~ Yea, I think our problem was that we never had one class where we were all together. We have one this year, so it would be easier to pass out names in a fair manner.

Lol it is, although I do it a lot with many people since Mene is so small. @Ithir: Ah I see. It's lucky you do have a class all together. The gift exchange I am doing with my friends involves 20 people so it would be impossible for us all to have a class together. We just met up in the morning before school started to hand out the names. |
Yea, we can't assemble ourselves in the morning or afternoon, unless it's a half day. Even then we have trouble with agreeing on a place to eat. ._.

O really? That's very different from my friends. During Christmas I have to buy around 12 gifts because we all feel guilty when we get a gift from someone and don't have something for them.

Eh, I'd probably just buy presents for my two best friends. I wouldn't know what to get my guy friends anyway.
Though, this year I bought some chocolate bars from the place I volunteer at in the hopes that my friends like solid chocolate. I know one doesn't... |

I usually have to buy around 6 gifts, one for each of the four other people in my family, one for my boyfriend and one for the secret santa. Otherwise i'd have to buy like 6 more for my other friends.

@Ithir: O I see. I always have problems buying presents for guys because the things they do like (which are electronics) are expensive. O that's yummy, although hopefully they don't receive chocolate from other people and get sick of it.

I doubt I will. It's just these last few weeks of first semester are busy, and I won't be home most of Saturday since we have a quizbowl tournament, etc.
