Hey
I'm new, obviously. I don't really know what to put in here? I guess I like to draw and I used to write poetry but it's been many years since I actually did so. I just graduated from college, so I guess I might be a little old by forum standards. I study Japanese language and culture and hope to go there soon, possibly with one of my friends from school, but nothing's decided for sure yet. Also my avatar is wearing only underwear which makes me feel rather awkward. o_O So hi! :D

Age is just a number and I've found that there are plenty of college age and beyond people here on the site. I graduated last year from college, so you're right around there too. :) I took Japanese for a couple years, but my memory of it is ever-fading, sadly. Hi Foggster!!! Welcome to Menewsha and I hope you will find what you need and le to enjoy your stay on Mene. And it's oka to graduate from college and think your too old for this but lithe moderator said many people that graduate from college and older come onto this site. As for me I'm still stuck in HS so in about two years I will be out and onto college mysel. You like poetry? I write Tankas, and if you ask me what a Tanka is that is sad for a graduate who took Japanese not to kow what a Tanka is. If you ever want a sample you can go to the Lit Spot and go to the poetry section. From there you can find my tankas. Again I hope you find menewsha a warm welcome.

I've been trying to get into Japanese classes for a couple years now ;o; My luck has run out for that. I want to move to Japan eventually, but not to Tokyo. Too busy there. |

Hee hee, you're not naked anymore thanks to this awesome event going on! Now your avatar is just as pretty as any of the celes paradi goddesses with that really cute outfit you put together! I hope you have fun here, and you're definitely not too old, there are lots of different aged people on Mene, some mothers and I've met people on here in their thirties and forties, well past college age! I love writing poetry and drawing too (sometimes? hahaha I guess it comes and goes; I know what you mean by "I guess"). it's really cool how you like japanese culture too. (:
