There are a lot of differences between here, and there. Lol. Since every site is unique, I suggest you read the rules. :] Not only will it help you figure out the site, But it should keep you out of trouble.
Also, Earning gold is a tad different.. For that, You should read the Newbies Guide To earning Gold.

Another thing.. You're Just in time for Menewshas Winter Event, so.. If you would like to join in on the fun, (We're helping the Mayor build the most Giant snowman EVER. Also, collecting Yarn to knit a Sweater for it). Lol. Just Click the Holly-Red bar under my Avatar on the left, and Pick a team.

Thank you Insane :) And yes, I already did notice that! The community on Gaia is what drove me away, sure there's many nice people there but the amount of rotten apples has gotten out of hand there sadly. I'm glad I stumbled across this site^^

Ah, please call me Cricket. ^^;; -Points at signature- Have you found a thread to belong to yet? I mean a hangout type thread. If you haven't, the Assassin thread is really fun to hangout in. You don't have to play the game to hangout there (it's not a roleplay, just a forum game) and we're very newbie friendly.

Sometimes it can be awkward trying to find a place to fit in. I know it took me a very long time before I finally found the place where I felt I belonged. ^_^

If you have any questions or need help, please feel free to message me. I love helping newbies out. Hell, I like helping anyone out if they need it. Though please don't mistake me for a credit card, yes I donate to people on occasion, but gold doesn't come out my ears. ^^;;

Right now I'm saving up for pants, and I believe after that I'm all set^^

You could actually help me with that! You seem to be very good at making avatars look well, which pants do you reckon would fit my avatar? I was thinking of the Sweet Wizard Pants with purple, however the preview seems broken and doesn't show my current attire so I'm not sure they fit :3 I'd actually prefer some pyjama like pants. This has got to be an odd request, but I'm so unfamiliar with the items and I'm entirely impressed with the sheer amount this site offers that I'm not seeing the wood with all the trees in the way :insane:

The preview doesn't show you your entire outfit, just the item you're putting your cursor over. There's a pair of panda pajama pants that would look pretty good with your avatar, I believe. I think they cost around 300, but I could be very mistaken. I can't remember what shop they're in, either.

Ah, thank you. I take pride in my avatar making abilities, and can't wait until the MAC is updating and I can somehow manage to get it to work on my computer again. I'm very addicted to MACing, and I haven't been able to in several months. It's very painful. ;~;

Almost 1am? My, you sure live in a different timezone than I do. ^_^

Whenever the MAC works again I'd be more than happy to be your personal MAC slave (person who makes your dream avatars for you with guidelines if you want to set guidelines). I love MACing. I'm good with making cheap avatars and making expensive avatars.

Wouldn't the scarf melt the Mayor's Snowman :(

@Cricket: Could you give me the thread's url? I can't find it =3 I also can't find the panda pyjamas, I checked all stores :o

I'm also from Gaia (I like both sites ^^) and I hope you enjoy it here. Though, one thing you should be aware of right off: Mene is a lot more strick on its rules, so you'd better know them like the back of your hand. *laughs* People (everyone, not just admins!) are going to jump on you the second you break one, so just be careful. XP You get used to it quickly, though, and it's pretty easy to follow them.
