Hello a good start is to find a group of forums that suit you I am an avid rper. so i am a member of 6 i think maybe 5 but alot none the less. It's good to know that you are living.

Ah, I don't know much about other avatar websites since this is my only avatar dedicated website. So far a lot of people have traveled over here from gaiaonline and some are active in both :) This place is really great though with pretty avatars and a lot of items to dress them in. Gold can be quite easy to earn too with the game playing and posting in the many forums around here! And since you just started, the charities would be a great place for you to head to to get some help from those offering it. And when you know about the items more in detail, a quest thread could be a great idea too.

The basics around here is to post, gain gold and make new threads. If you look at the top of the threads there should be at least one or two posts locked for the viewers here on Menewsha. If you ever need to know what the rules are and such ask either one of the admins or check the rules to see what is safe to do. Always look at the rules, don't forget that! Um, am I missing anything? If you want to earn goals you can just play games and post. You meet people during the events those are usually the biggest times to meet anyone new. Honestly, I've developed a big distaste for Gaia. It's so money-hungry and people only care about items nowadays, which is the reason I quit. Not even zOMG can get me to go back ._.

But there are so many nice people here on Menewsha, I'm glad I found it before I quit Gaia or I would be extremely bored ^^;

Aah, Gaia.

It's so un-friendly all of a sudden. When I was new there, a lot of people stopped by and said "Hi!" and gave tips, and now it's just a bunch of money-hungry meanies. :o
