I'm entirely new here, don't have a clue how it works!
But~ I'm sure I'll get it all soon, it seems nice!
I'm a 18 years-old girl from Canada. Montreal, to be precise.
I normally speak french at home (first language) and I am currently learning deutsch at school and with my boyfriend (who is Austrian).

I like animes/mangas, Miyazaki's movies, dogs, japanese food, peaches, berries (yes!), dancing, dreams, vintage stuff, fashion, video games, cocktails, sunny days, photography, indie/alternative/rock music, sleeping, travels, etc etc.

I'm not a big fan of black licorice, brussels sprouts, any noises while watching a movie, bad hair days, scratching a blackboard, alarm clocks, bad expectations, and it goes on again...
I have kind of a big imagination, that's why this place attracted me!
So I guess that's pretty much it...

Nah. I was just wondering because of the username. ^^ The main character in a 'la mode is named Berri as well, so I was wondering if it was possibly inspiration. I found Tokyo Mew Mew to be quite good, but a 'la mode was a big let down. Berri was cool in concept, but pulled off too much like a Mary-Sue, so it just didn't work out~ Coulda been something, but it failed at life.

Lumiel : Mhh I have a very large selection in my library, but my favourite band ever is Death Cab for Cutie. I could listen to their cds all day long, every days of my life.
I also love Stars, M.I.A (more electro than alt though...), Vampire Weekend, Artic Monkeys, Coldplay (of course), a new singer I just discovered : Likke Ly.
And the list goes on... :3

I've listened to Death Cab (we have the facts, photo album), but I can't say I've heard much from the others :sweat:
My favorite band is Dir en Grey. I try not to be a fanboy about bands but I can't help it with them - they're just too awesome! If you haven't heard them, well, of course I recommend you give them a try! DeG is a hard band to classify. It works to call them deathmetal, but really they blend all musical styles from punk, funk, swing, rock, ballads, etc...
Other than that: audioslave, a perfect circle, azure ray, bloc party, bright eyes, chavez, cursive, desaparecidos, evanescence, gazette, interpol, muse, pierrot, placebo, pretty girls make graves, radiohead, spoon, taking back sunday, the distillers, the organ, weezer...
Sorry if I went on too long :D I love talking about music.
