my name is ali, and i'm new to menewsha :3
i just made an account yesterday and i read
a lot of posts and stuff so i know how to get
gold and whatnot (yes what a smart newbie i am).
my older sister actually has an account on
here and thats how i found out about it,
although i don't know what her username is :sweat:...
but anyway... i just thought i'd try posting
a new thread and see if i got any responses.
it'd be great if i could meet some nice friendly
people on here ^.^ i use to go on gaia a lot
a looong time ago, but getting gold seemed
sorta difficult and making friends was pretty
hard too. it's like no one wants to talk to
people there and all they want is their goldz
and itemzzz. but i think menewsha will be
different for me. prove me right. by my friend :3

Yep... That sound's just like gaia. I had many item's stolen from me by so called 'friends' :roll: I was also hacked on there. >.<
Oh well. I've all but left that site now.

I am a recovering Gaian as well. Seems to be a lot of us here... they really did get way too into their cash shop thingy and lost sight of what Gaia used to be. It's kind of sad.
Either way, I have to say that Menewsha is a lot more fun and not so much about getting millions of gold for ones little item. Much more talking and friend making. ^^

Yes, Gaia's failing so bad these days. I signed on there a few minutes ago and saw another wave of random new items :roll: It's all about items and gold on there now.

Thankfully Menewsha isn't so focused on items, no one will laugh at you even if you're underwears, which everyone starts out in anyway ;) It's all about chatting and actually making real friends on here, so I'm sure you'll like it here! :D

Well, I'm not from Gaia or any other avatar websites in fact but I know a lot of people talk about it here and how hard it is over there. I'm not sure about the making gold part since people have said that this site is a pretty hard site to make gold on though really, it isn't and I see you have had no problems whatsoever seeing as you already have a fully dressed avatar ^^ Well, you can definitely get more items later when you have more gold since there's such a big variety of cute stuff to get your avatar dressed up in. I have lots of fun playing around with what I have in my inventory to make my avatar spiffy! And even with the right combination of hair and eyes, a basic naked avatar can look spiffy ^^"
