Hello PandaPon! Welcome to Menewsha!
You look great for only having been around a few days! Looks like you're fitting in well here!

Haha, thank you. ;; I didn't like having an unclothed avatar, so I played lots of games and tried to post around plenty to earn enough gold for the items I wanted. So it's an issue of vanity as much as of fitting in well.

TCBY's frozen yogurt is super great. D: I think I got spoiled working there, a bit.

And, yeah. I agree. Management should be on top of things and if you're doing a job, you do the job. :p Many teenagers don't seem to have a big work ethic, though. At least, the ones I worked with had to be sort of beaten into shape. XD

I never had a job as a teenager (I was content to be poor and have plenty of time for video games /massive nerd) but I probably would've needed at least a little beating too. Mainly because I would've rather been playing video games? XD;;

Hee hee. Me too! But that was the beauty of where I worked. You get your tasks done for the night and you only have to deal with customers... otherwise you can do what you want. XD I played my DS up there, drew, watched movies, read books, even brought a laptop and wrote. XD

The kids just couldn't get it through their heads that you had to do the first part - complete your tasks before you play. XD

That reminds me of one of the waitresses at our local Chinese restaurant - she plays Mario Kart DS in between serving customers. XD

A job where you can do that must be pretty nice~

It was pretty awesome. :3 Though there were things about the job I didn't like (customers being jerks for no real reason, for example), I liked it enough to stay there for several years. The boss-man just let someone who was our handyman talk him into letting him (the handyman) become the new manager.

Well. He wanted to be the man between our big-boss and our manager and assistant manager. So that effectively made him the manager, which didn't fly. So the manager and assistant manager walked out. I turned in my two weeks' notice the same day. Never regretted that.
