By spam I mean meaning less posts. Here I shall quote it for you out of the rules page that we linked you to:

Spamming
Spam consists of posts with no meaning or relevance to the thread they are made in, and is not allowed. Such posts will be deleted by our moderation staff.

Needless double posting: eg: Making multiple posts when there are no other users present within a thread, is considered a form of spam. It is preferred if you edit your previous post rather than adding a new one. However, It IS ok for you to revive your thread with an on topic post if a number of hours (at least 5) have passed.
Posting with your main account and then your mule directly afterward, in the same thread, is NOT permitted. Unless you are reserving posts in a permanent thread.
