Hey there everyone. I'm new here on Menewsha. I hail from Gaia, as I've noticed most people here do, and I'm still terribly and wonderfully addicted to it. This looks like a pretty cool site though, and I thought I'd try it out.

A mini intro? Well, I'm at a far advanced age and that's all I can say (since a lady never tells here age, of course). I like reading, watching movies, surfing the net (mostly just on Gaia, facebook, and youtube though ;3), and I'm absolutely fascinated by culture. I fancy cultural clothing, generally East Asian, and am working on acquiring a collection of my very own. Well, there's more but I don't feel like giving away all my secrets on the first meeting. ;p

Yeah, I still use Gaia a lot and I'm also a little turned off by all the ad powered stuff, especially since I remember when they were only just having their two year anniversary. ^^;; It's weird to think of the then and now.

I'm from Gaia as well (a ton of people are) and this place definitely has the community feel that I think Gaia lacks.

And yeah, there's an event, which means you can get the special event shop items at a discounted price, which is a great way to get your invo started. That way you aren't running around nekkid!

hehe you can play some games in the games section. ^^;;

you can get a total of 500g per day on your account if you play it enough. max of 50g per game though.

there is also the special event store right now that has event items at 50% of their real price! it's a super bargain to get dressed for half the price! so if you want you can purchase your first clothing there. :)

i believe there is also a rag shirt somewhere in the shops. in "hot gossip" i believe for fairly cheap that will allow you to cover up until you can buy proper clothing.

Also, does anyone have trick for browsing through the stores? The format takes kind of long in the list format since I have to go through all those pages. >.< Is there a setting I can change or something?
