Sorry for being belated - there's a lot to respond to today. D:

The sweat drop/breath is from participating in the event. :) It means that that account has been "entertained" (in reference to the Perform button) too many times in the last half hour and they're restless and want to do other things. XD

Just a silly little option for the event. :3

As for clothes - you need enough gold to purchase them in our Shops. Right now you can afford the Ragged Shirt, which is 30 gold in the shop "Hot Gossip". :)

Or you can save your gold and wait to get an even better item. XD There are also charities in the Charity forum who'd be happy to give you your first outfit if you followed their thread rules. :)
